Return Process

  Place the items in their original dust bags and branded shoebox, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
